We had a very interesting afternoon yesterday 2nd June at Tring where we had a friendly match. The weather was good when we arrived but after we started we kept hearing lots of thunder in the distance. After about 10 ends it started to rain as well and then

some of the players saw lightning which was enough to call off the match. We were winning on 3 triples and drawn on the other 1 and we won by 61 to 44 shots even though we had not completed 18 ends.
